This site is Elementrica’s showcase, not a service contract. Here we briefly describe the rules for using the site, so it is clear what you may and may not do.
Scope and acceptance
The owner and operator of the site is Elementrica sp. z o.o., ul. Podole 60, 30-394 Kraków, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6762627485. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms concern the informational website itself. The rules for specific services, such as penetration tests or audits, are governed by separate contracts concluded with the client.
Rules of use
You may use the site in accordance with the law and its intended purpose. In particular, you must not:
- take actions that disrupt the operation of the site or its infrastructure,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data or other people’s accounts,
- harvest content automatically in order to republish it without our consent,
- use the site to distribute malware or unlawful content.
If you want to report a security vulnerability in this site, do so in line with our Responsible Disclosure rules.
Intellectual property
The content of the site, including texts, graphics, page layout and the Elementrica word mark and logo, is protected by law and belongs to us or is used with the rights holders’ permission. The logos of clients and partners belong to their owners and we show them for reference purposes only. You may use the content within the limits of permitted use. Further use requires our consent.
Informational nature of the content
The content of the site is informational and educational. It does not constitute legal advice, consulting or an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. We make every effort to keep it current and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it is complete and error-free at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use or inability to use the site, nor for the consequences of decisions made solely on the basis of the content published on it. This does not limit our liability to the extent the law does not allow it to be excluded.

Governing law and changes
