We're building E-Zero, one platform for the whole security project

Penetration tests, compliance audits, Red Team simulations, digital forensics. Today they run across a dozen scattered tools. The result is slower delivery, more room for mistakes, and harder conversations with the business. We're building the E-Zero platform to bring the entire lifecycle of a security project into one place.

What E-Zero does

E-Zero is a platform for planning, running, monitoring, and documenting cybersecurity projects. In one system you:

  • run and track the progress of penetration tests, audits, Red Team attack simulations, digital forensics work, and Cyber Threat Intelligence,
  • talk to the testing team through a client portal, instead of scattering decisions across emails and spreadsheets,
  • pull test reports on demand, right when you need them, for a board meeting or for audit documentation.

As part of the project, E-Zero will be integrated with Pulse, which supplies data on the organization's assets and vulnerabilities, and with at least one external vulnerability scanner. That lets you tie technical data to business context and cut the manual work in your security procedures.

What the project will deliver

The goal of the project is to bring E-Zero to production readiness. By the end, the platform will run as one integrated system covering project and vulnerability management, report generation in PDF and HTML, and a client portal, rounded out with the Pulse integration and an external vulnerability scanner, and proven in a first pilot deployment.

Further down the road, beyond the scope of this project, we plan to map results to the NIS2, DORA, and ISO 27001 requirements, so technical work translates into audit language more easily.

Funding information

The project “Development of a platform for managing security projects and penetration tests, E-Zero”, carried out by Elementrica Sp. z o.o., is co-funded under the Digital Europe Programme (Financial Support to Third Parties, call DEP.01.01/25), on the basis of grant agreement no. DEP.01.01/25/0060-00.

The total funding (the grant) is PLN 254,660.00 and covers 100% of the project's eligible costs, including:

  • from the European Union budget: PLN 127,330.00 (50% of eligible costs),
  • from the state budget: PLN 127,330.00 (50% of eligible costs).

The project runs through June 30, 2026.
